I did try looking and couldn't find my answer, I'm sorry if I missed it in case this has been covered. On our Max Platinum we have set up the profiles with my wife and I and selected the option of tying them to the keys and also with the facial recognition. But the seat settings do not automatically change like it says it should in the owners manual. We have to hit the #1 or #2 setting on the door to get them to change. Is there something that I've missed on tying the seat settings to the profile so it moves the seat and mirrors when loading the other profile settings?
