I've been having watery diarrhea 9-12 times a day now for the past 4 days with sharp abdominal pains in the upper middle that can last for a couple of hours and then goes away. Literally when I go to the bathroom its just water, not a single solid piece of stool. My stomach is making alot of noises too especially when I need to go to the bathroom. I know this isnt Ibs because I have that too, but this something else. Im not having any fever or diziness.

Does anyone know what this could be?
