Alright so I got some new wheels and tires for my MN99S and the hex is too small for these wheels. Could I just screw em on until the adapters arrive?

Just picked up from marketplace and ran great! Noticed sparks in the motor. I just drove on a dusty dirt road. Should I be concerned?
