I got an email from Federal Student Aid saying they could not automatically re-certify my income and I needed to log on to do this manually by the date specified by my loan servicer or I risk being kicked off my IDR plan. I haven’t received any kind of notice from my loan servicer (Mohela). Do I still re-certify? Thanks in advance.
