First post ever on Reddit!
I have a Surface Pro 11 with a Snapdragon X Elite processor. I use the MSFT Surface Thunderbolt 4 dock (adding that in case it is relevant).

I want to upgrade my current monitor to a 34" ultrawide. I want to run this in split screen mode - input is my Surface Pro, with 2 cables to the monitor. Not splitting the screen from 2 input devices.

I had this set up successfully with a Samsung monitor that's smaller and it just doesn't work in this setup with visibility (too small). Samsung ultrawide monitors that I can find are all 1000R curve, and I want 1500R or 1800R.

Any recommendations? Any tips regarding anything on compatibility issues anyone has experience? Or anything else I should be considering here? Any brands or models that people have set up?

Outputs from the dock are USB C but that shouldn't be a limiter since cables are available running USB C to HDMI or Display Port, and some monitors I know run from USB C as well. (All cables of course need to be appropriate but I am fine on the cabling side of things and functionality/capability of different ones).

Might be excessive detail but am trying to provide enough info and also save folks some time in responses.
