The threat from those who seek to descend from the mountains to stake their claim between the lakes and rivers has been thwarted. A new challenge becomes imminent, from an even greater altitude, and seeks battle from North to South. There is no time to mourn those who have shown their mortality seeking to write the immortal record. For this new adversary travels from beyond our horizons, does not come in peace, and will not show sympathy or mercy. We honor the sacrifice of the fallen with a collective effort to progress beyond previous campaigns, into new and unexplored territories.
The odds of victory are lower than ever, with no guarantee reinforcements will arrive, against an enemy who seeks to conquer our spirits. This enemy, who exists straddling the edge of consciousness, has manipulated the masses into thinking this fight is over before it begins. They say too many shooters have been lost for any offensive campaign away from home. They say the stronghold is marked with a target the enemy has locked their sights. They say no energy or effort can match the superiority of their direct energy weapons. They say their greatest weapon displays anti-gravity capabilities, eclipses the target, will attack from directly above, and through presence alone, impedes entry into the space a feast was just had.
To endure will require the indomitable will of mankind itself; in order to disrupt an attack that moves with celestial rhythm and seeks to tame what is not domesticated. Human imagination, combined with animal instinct, motivated by survival is how these visitors must be dispatched. There is no surrendering to a foe whose loyalty to Earth is nonexistent. It's next man up until all are down an out. Who will show up and be the hero needed to secure the third attempt to reach new heights? Disclosure awaits....
Rookie goalie playing beyond his years.
Elite defense, composed offense.
Comeback from down 2 to 1.
First home OT playoff winner since 2014.
First series win since 2015.
Don't care if they start 0-3 in the Colorado series, anyone that says this team can't reverse sweep needs to keep it to themselves. Lesson was learned in the first round to not pull up, all gas no brakes until they hand out the cup.
Wild over Avalanche in 7.
