I began with just needing to replace the bathroom vanity then discovered serious water damage, after pulling up the floor the structure itself doesnt look stable. My father bought this house 30 years ago as a fixer upper. Ive been living with him the past several years , to broke to move, no money for a contractor so Im tackling this myself. Is it fixable?
