As you can see in the first picture, there’s a sort of cater underneath the flat back. I pierced this myself Sunday morning and it didn’t hurt at all, even now it doesn’t hurt or anything and it’s not swollen. The second picture is what it looks like when I pull down my lip so when should I go become worried? I think the bar length is 7mm. Do I need a longer bar?
