Hey everyone, I just got my start date for a Seasonal Warehouse Associate position with "Flexible Shifts."

The job offer says 19 hours/week, but I’m a bit confused on how that actually works in practice.

• Is 19 hours the absolute maximum I can work, or is that just a minimum/average?

• Can I pick up more shifts if they are available in the app (A to Z), or do they strictly cap you at what’s on the offer letter?

• For those on Flex, how easy is it usually to get more hours than what’s listed?

I have my training dates set for May 3rd–5th (7 AM - 5 PM), but I’m trying to plan my schedule for after that. Any insight from current Flex workers would be huge. Thanks!
