I am in kind of a predicament here. I have been at this job for a month, with 58k salary a year (IT). I have just received an offer for 70k a year.

For further context, the 58k year job provided me a relocation bonus. There is no specific clawback policy, but I feel like i would return the money regardless. The 58k a year job has oncall and sometimes weekends, but are not paid. The 70k a year has paid overtime, with it being mandatory during tax season.

Also, the commutes would be similar, but the 70k job is 5 days onsite however the 58k is 3-4 days onsite. The 70k job itself would be less stressful. I am also 21 with 1.5 years of experience in IT.

Should i take this new job? Are there any questions i should ask the recruiter before signing the offer letter?
