Hi, ich habe ein Problem mit dem automatischem Import der Versandprofile. Selbst wenn ich ein neues Produkt in Gelato erstelle und es dann bei etsy veröffentliche, wird das dazugehörige Versandprofil nicht angezeigt. Kennt jemand das auch? Gibt es eine Art Reset aller Profile oder ähnliches? Der Support erzählt mir nur, was ich bereits herausgefunden und probiert habe ohne Erfolg.
