What my derma prescribed me... I didn’t realize how severe it was
I finally went to a dermatologist last Saturday, and this is what he prescribed. He told me to start with antibiotics first, and if it doesn’t improve, he might put me on isotretinoin.
Honestly, after searching what these medications are for, it hit me how bad my skin condition really is. I knew it wasn’t great, but I didn’t think it was this serious.
It’s been messing with my confidence for a long time now. I try not to let it get to me, but it’s hard when you feel like people notice it right away. I just want clear skin or at least something manageable.
I’m really hoping this works because I’m tired of feeling like this every time I look in the mirror. I just want to feel normal and not have my skin define how I see myself.
