Looking for large 10L+ sling options

Looking for a larger 10L sling with compression straps.

My max capacity consists of a work laptop, 32oz water bottle, Switch 2, and a tech pouch and all of this fits perfectly in my Timbuk2 medium messenger bag. Seems like a lot but I never have all of this on more than 5 minutes a day. This is why compression straps are a must for when I don't need to carry that much stuff.

I'm in the US with a budget of <$150 and the closest options I've found are:

  • Chrome Kadet Max: I love how it looks, but I think it sits a little too high? Doesn't seem like it can be lowered much. Everything else seems perfect.
  • Topo Mountain Cross Bag: I really love the design of this but fitting only 13" laptops is too limiting. Strap seems bad too with no easy way to adjust and has a stitched on padding.
  • DSPTCH Sling Pack: Looks similar to Kadet Max but above my budget despite offering less than the Kadet in terms of features.
  • Metromonger: Sold out and above budget anyway.
  • Tomtoc EDC 10L: Least favorite look wise, but most attractive price lol. My bro's tomtoc that's falling apart after 1-2 years doesn't inspire much confidence either.

Is there anything else I should consider?

Is Toshi Sling 6L what I'm looking for?

I quite like the urban aesthetic with the straps and all that (my main bag is a timbuk2 ) and I bring water (either 18oz or 32oz) everywhere so this almost seems like the perfect sling since it's able to utilize the remaining top space very well.

Before I drop $110 on this, does anyone know if it can fit a Switch 2 in the sleeve and an 18oz water bottle in the bottom and are there any other alternatives with a similar aesthetic & layout?
