I tend to not use presets in BandLab because the “hiss” is to overbearing when players over other vocals. What are tips you all use to limit this?

Should I scrap it? Is it salvageable? Should I go deep voice? Should I bring more energy? Should I tweak the lyrics? Is my voice just not right for the sound?
