I bought my z3 from a friend and have loved it so far, but decided it is time to fix the soft top motor. I have two major issues,

1. being for the life of me I cannot figure out where the red/brown and brown wires connect to. I’ll attach a photo below.

2. The hydraulic arm for the soft top is totally snapped in half. I was wondering where I can source this part without buying an entire motor?
