Now my question for the DEFIBRO, do you need to have it out of your inventory in order for it to save you if you ever die? or do you only need to keep it inside your inventory?

Also ever since the Cosmetic Update released, has anyone ever experienced any repeat of the same Cosmetic when putting in a Token? For me, I haven't gotten any repeat of the same Cosmetic that I currently have.
