I am a cofounder of an ai consulting agency where we work with MedSpa, Detailing Shops, Nail techs etc to automate speed to lead, social media marketing, and follow up. My main focus right now is generating a good stream of leads starting off to get some testimonials in the door and build a pipeline for lead gen organically that my team and I will scale later to get more high tickets. We just signed a contract with our first client (wahoo) to get us some starting capital. we fully believe we have a genuinely good offer and our service has been vetted.

How has your guys experience been on ads to promote your agency. Is it worth it to invest (lets say $50 a day) to try it out, or would it be better focus first on organic content?
