We’re looking for a sharp, analytical TikTok Media Buyer to join our fast-growing performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and is deeply focused on performance, testing, and scaling profitable campaigns.

This is primarily an execution and strategy role, but it also involves cross-functional collaboration and occasional client interaction, so strong communication and ownership are essential.

What You’ll Do

-- Plan, launch, and manage TikTok ad campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation

-- Continuously monitor and optimize performance with a focus on ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR, and scalable growth opportunities

-- Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to drive consistent performance improvements

-- Build and scale audience strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

-- Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable optimizations

-- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, TikTok Shop specialists, account managers) to align on campaign strategy and execution

-- Participate in client communication when needed, providing performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations

-- Prepare and deliver clear, concise monthly reports with key insights, KPIs, and next steps

-- Stay ahead of TikTok platform updates, ad formats (including TikTok Shop, Spark Ads, GMVMax Ads, etc.), and emerging trends

What We’re Looking For

-- Proven experience managing TikTok ads

-- Strong understanding of TikTok ad formats, campaign structures, and optimization strategies

-- High level of analytical thinking and comfort working with data, metrics, and budgets

-- Strong communication skills, able to clearly present performance insights internally and, when needed, to clients

-- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders

-- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and scaling strategies

-- Highly detail-oriented with strong campaign organization and execution

-- Self-starter mindset: proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership

-- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
