The college shared the LOR as per the requirement of the university but refusing to answer reference mail. The reference mail has link to add the LOR and Proof of professional ID. THE teacher is asking to create own IP address for the reference. It's not possible to create proof of PROFESSIONAL ID when mail for reference from uni has come to her official mail ID. So can't send in another lor instead too.

How should I do go about this as she is repeatedly asking me to do it myself.

Qualification - Bcom student applying for masters abroad.
