I’m currently in the market for a used Volvo S60 and would love some advice from this community.

My budget is between $17k and $24k. Since I want to make a reliable purchase, I have a few questions:

Year & Mileage: Within this budget, what year and mileage range should I prioritize? Are there specific years I should avoid or look for (e.g., T5 vs. B5 powertrains)?
Extended Warranty: Is it worth purchasing an extended warranty from the dealer? Or is it better to set that money aside for potential repairs?
Maintenance: For an S60 in this price range, what are the key things I should check in the service history?
