Has anyone had issues with azathioprine? I’ve been on the medication since December 2025** for RA.** I just had blood work done and my red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit are all low and my white blood cells and a couple other things are almost in the red. I’m also iron deficiency with ferritin at 7, % saturation in the red and iron total about to be in the red. Just wondering if it’s the medicine or something else.
