Any advice on things i should check or upgrades for this specific bike?

What are you guys riding this year?

i'm having an issue with my 2009 aygo: sometimes there's a bad, moldy smell coming from the vents.

it's not constant, it just happens on certain days!! i've already cleaned the cabin filter, but the smell persists.

do you have any suggestions on how to neutralize it for good?? has anyone dealt with this and fixed it??"
