Hey all - quick question.

I’m currently working in an agency and the agency is going through a bad phase as a biggie turning down on us. So the agency is downsizing and also asking all the full timers to see if they can be part time (25-30hrs) a week role with same title and responsibilities.

I don’t think they would again call back for full time and this is just a short period before they let us all go.

My question is say if they let me go by next month - would I be eligible for EI?

I have worked in a proper full time role for 2years here and just received a new offer letter for part time? Begore signing I need a thought.
