Just like title says I lost my pro pass physical card, and I called BC transit and they said they to get a blank UMO card and to call UMO customer support to register the new card. I called the UMO support line and they asked for a benefit code that should start with VIC for Victoria, since I live there and then have combination of numbers and letters. I said I do not know of such number since when I registered the card with UMO support line they just asked for my full name address and basic info like that and that is all they needed, so I said that I am quite confused as I do not know of such a number, they suggested to contact my hr which I will tomorrow. In the meantime time I wondering if anyone knows of where we can find this benefit code. Thank you.

Hey so I work for bc government and I pay a monthly fee for the BC transit pro pass bus program and I have the physical umo pass, I don’t use the digital pass on my phone, so I lost my pass today, and I am wondering how to replace it. Should I call the main line for the BC transit and go to their physical office in Victoria, or is there another way. I am willing to try using the umo digital pass too on my phone but I know it’s either you use the digital pass or physical card. Any help appreciated
