Hello! I’m getting ready to to make my first fragrance and everything has finally arrived. I’m looking to make a insence, mossy, warm tea with some bitter orange fragrance and the moss to be wet and damp. So far I have indian vetiver from eden alongside benzoin, labdanum, and oakmoss from eden. Then i have a black tea co2 extract from etsy and bitter orange essential oil. Finally i have a tincture I made from japanese moss scented incense that smells amazing, and of course sb40 perfumers alcohol.(Forgot to mention I also have black currant extract but it’s very cat pissy and I can’t seem to dilute it enough to make it good).
I’m Just looking for some advice on mixing and ratios since i’m completely new. How much benzoin and labdanum to use to help it last, how much of insence tincture to use (9 sticks to 30ml of sb40), I don’t have a lot of it but i can make more. I have bottles to test small batches in and would love some advice before my experimenting runs through the ingredients.
