I dug up my old canon ES60 after watching a video of someone showing off their tapeless setup so I thought I’d give it a shot. Just to make sure my plan was fleshed out before I started buying stuff I ran it through chatgpt and it’s telling me that the canon es60 uses a proprietary AV out cable so the the TRS to TRRS cable in the 3rd slide wouldn’t work and I’d have to solder together a Canon AV out to the TRRS cable. Is this true?
