Hey MR community,

I’m moving from Toronto to Vancouver for a job. And I’m looking at apartments. This particular area is really feasible for me in terms of commute.

Can anyone vouch or give me some kind of feedback if it’s a safe area?

Property manager seems really nice but I want to make sure this would be ok area to live.
