So far I've found the laser designators and R-438 Barrier-T in the following areas:

Fort Narith

• Weapons bunker behind the coded door
• HQ Storage Room on the 2nd floor
• HQ Operations Room on the 2nd floor

Midnight Sapphire

• Golf Club Storage Room
• Hotel security room on the 3rd floor
• Hotel panic room on the 4th floor behind the door you can kick open (can also access from rooftop)

Tiger Bay

• Armory room

Are there any other known spawns for these items? I was under the impression that they could spawn anywhere in a T3 area where military loot can spawn.
