Things like this is what is driving away modders, it's little things, but they all add up.
In what universe do we need to make a draft of a mod name an description before making the mod page? If I click "Upload mod" I expect to go the the page where I can upload the damn mod and make the page, not be give a shitty half ass pop up that's just an extra step, and is entirely unneeded. It's like the people running this site aren't modders anymore...
If you click upload, you should go straight to the upload page, no preanble. We aren't out here drafting up 50 mods when we get the sudden idea, if we come to the page and click upload, we've already got the files ready to go.
At the very lease you should have a "Skip" button instead of forcing us to type in every box to just click "Create draft" to then go to the actual mod page and make a real description (Which is normally well over 300 charecters, think a page of text at least).
This is change for the sake of change, it's not needed.
