Programming Exercise 4-1 Write a script in the file encrypt.py that inputs a line of plaintext and a distance value and outputs an encrypted text using a Caesar cipher. The script should work for any printable characters. (LO: 4.1, 4.2). I need help on this assignment DESPERATLEY

This assignment is for my college and i have the "enter a message" and the Enter distance value" working but i cannot figure it out the third thing i need to make it say "Khoor#Zruog$"

Did my gpu just die on me? It hot to touch and I only installed the nvidia drivers

So I finish building my pc for my sister and after I installed the nvidia drivers (Yes it and RTX 3060) and after installing them it asked for a restart, I proceeded to restart and it was artifacting, I restarted it and then afterwards it looked fine but I noticed the actual drivers itself wasnt actually installed so now I dont know whats up right now. Also i got the 3060 off an ebay auction and the listing did say it was working but idk what to do right now

Parts list:

Motherboard: Asus prime B840 Plus WiFi

Cpu: Ryzen 5 9600x

Ram: DDR5 Teamgroup T force 32 gigs

PSU: Be quiet 550w gold rated

GPU: RTX 3060 Gigabyte

So Like last time I would appreciate any advice
