New homeowner here needs advice

Weve been working on our new home which has sat empty for a few years since the owner passed. All but two windows are showing interior water damage. Im not versed in the terminology of window anatomy but after dealing what I can I've noticed the friggin flashing on most of the is slanted inwards funneling water into the the house. Is this something that the laymen can fix or do I need someone out here with a breaker to redo it? Included is the one window done right and an example of the rest. Any advice would be welcome!

Our new old house is having new electrical run throughout the entirety of it. Which, in turn has forced me to become acquainted with drywall work & how much i hate it. The basement got the worst of it.

Would you go through the of patching all this or just tear it all out & reinstall?
