Help?

Hey!

So I'm a new mom (baby is 6mos), I have epilepsy and hypermobility.

During pregnancy I put on about 50lb, which would be fine because thats a pretty average amount weight gain but I'm absolutely stuck trying to lose it.

I currently weight 270, and I'm 5'8. I've tried.. alot.

To the point that I was ready to just get the weightloss aid shots because I genuinely feel stuck.

A normal day of food looks like

8oz orange juice, 2 eggs and fruit. ( but most of the time I don't get to eat until way later in the day, so this becomes a skipped meal.))

Lg. Salad, balsamic vinegrette, boiled egg/cheese/tomato

Something chicken, usually in sandwich/wrap form.

Usually theres one coke zero or diet coke in there because I get awful migraines and it usually helps prevent them, but other than that it's just water or lemon water.

I try not to count calories because I had an eating disorder and I end up focusing and stressing alot more on calories than actually feeding myself.

I lift, usual farm work, and childcare all day. I don't have alot of time but I try really hard. I just want to lose the weight in a way that is safe, effective, and preferably works with being a full time parent to a feral child.

No seriously, I can't tell you the last time I just got to sit down and eat a meal without possibly walking away to take care of my baby.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
