Hello, I’ve been trying to start a simple workout routine since I live a very sedentary life and will probably continue to do so because of my career. I am very out of shape and my goal is to be overall healthier but every time I gently workout any muscle, I get sore very easily and it’s too painful to try to workout for the next couple of days. Any advice on how to prevent getting too sore while making consistent progress?
