For context, I am a performer who has used pads my entire life. However, as I get older, I get a heat rash every time I use pads, and while I am constantly moving around, it hurts. I have severe sensory issues and tampons have been stressing me out, even though I am not dealing with the heat rash.I have a few general questions, it would be amazing if someone could help.
Is it normal that I feel the tampon string?
Is it normal to feel the tampon move when sitting certain ways?
Is the string always supposed to have a small amount of blood on it?
I have been getting mixed answers googling. Apologies for not knowing, I was never really taught.
