Need advice on my dosages
Hi all,
I’m 45, and started HRT on November 4th, 2026. I’m coming up on my third check in June, and could use some advice. Last visit my PCP asked if I wanted to change my dosage. They’ve been super helpful this whole time, but could not really give an opinion on if I should or shouldn’t.
I’m currently taking 2mg of estradiol twice a day, and 25mg of Spironolactone twice a day. My levels the first two times we tested them were as follows: (TESTOSTERONE) Dec 1, 2025: 29.6ng/dL.
Mar 2, 2026: 45.6ng/dL.
(ESTRADIOL) Dec 1, 2025: 140pg/mL.
Mar 2, 2026: 146pg/mL.
I’m leaning towards raising my dose, but would love to hear from people with more experience. I’m also considering switching to injections, but could use input on that as well. Thanks in advance!
