I use a Pixel 10 XL Pro and I have a headset in my motorcycle helmet. When I ride I wear earplugs. This means I need a good bit of volume from my headset, but my phone seems to think it knows best and keeps reducing the volume.

I have tried to disable this in developer settings > disable absolute volume (no change) and I've tried to change my headset to a different audio device type (greyed out) in Bluetooth settings without luck.

Any other ideas?
