Wonder to no one, except the ppl in the title, after reviewing all the evidence the judge stated that Taylor’s behavior is reactive while Dakota’s is calculated.
He apparently recorded another incident and failed to protect the child.
The judge also said that the video proof was held on to by Dakota to “portray the abuse” rather than stepping away. Shocker.
He also said that keeping Taylor’s visits to her son as supervised would give Dakota yet another manipulation tool and he’s not incline to allow it.
Idc if you like taylor or not. I don’t even know if I like her. But the pattern was clear as day and I’m glad the judge spoke up about it.
It was, indeed, reactive abuse. His videos were another way for him to get “proof” instead of walking away and defuse. He failed to protect the child, too.
He was calculated.
Never even understood how some of you could describe her calculated tho, it makes no sense. She’s an impulsive mess, it’s not compatible with being calculated.
Anyways, yet again misogyny took over, even against common sense.
