I need the Lexus people to tell me if this is a safe buy it’s 3 hours away from me and I do not want a waste of my time going to buy all cash if all checks out I noticed the steering wheel didn’t move at all and I hear a little bit of combustion noises the Carfax is clean good oil changes please help me out I want the expert’s opinion please share any thoughts or comments to save me from wasting money
