Here's the context, I'm currently staying in Bengaluru. A couple of months back I bought an action camera from flipkart, and on the product description page accessories mentioned were more than what I received in the box. It was an open box delivery as soon as It saw the packet I knew I wont be getting those accessories since the size of the parcel was so compact making it impossible to contain the accessories. Now I informed the delivery executive but again he proceeded to open the parcel and voila missing accessories. The fun part is in the content portion of the box, it was nowhere mentioned that this box will have those accessories, so the delivery guy said the name is the same and you'll have to get it sorted from the fk team... (I have it on video)
I raised the complaint but since it was open box delivery they brushed me off. Now I have already raised a complaint on nch but that was closed as well citing the same reason. I want to know my further steps how can I file an actual complaint and can I do it on my own? For the context I'm a swe, does court allow you to file your own case without being a lawyer? Also can this be filed online, is there some sort of format I need to follow while drafting the complaint? I'd appreciate if anyone's lawyer and can help me on this or someone with a similar experience? Or even what I'm trying to do is even possible, because since it was OBD they will reject it straight forward...
