Hello there,

I am fairly new to CAD, and 3D modeling in general. So, apologies if the terminology is incorrect, or if my assumptions are.
I have the 2 sketches (in the first image), a circle with a split edge into 7 parts and a heptagon, joined through an additive loft. (in the second image)

But if I then try to make this into a hollow 2.5mm wall by selecting the top and bottom and then selecting the thickness tool, I get the error; Failed to make thick solid.

So my question, what am I doing incorrectly?
And what can i do to get the desired result?

The end goal is to make a hose adapter for my specific AC.
