Im having computer issues but wanted to try my hand at writing a snare solo so I pulled out the rudiments and got to playing. I was thinking I should put it in 4/4 but would it be easier to throw it in 2/2.
Right now my metronome is around 136 so that's probably where the piece will be
I got this old marching snare from my band director when we were cleaning out our storage cause the school wanted to get rid of the shipping container, and we found a lot of old marching equipment that previous band directors have since replaced at my school. This one was in rough shape and missing a head so my BD who's new to our school let me take this one as my next project.
Anyway, I put this head on it but I think i stripped a lug. It popped and wouldn't tightened anymore.
What size lugs do I need, and what other things should I get to replace
