Hello! Today after driving for about 10 minutes and parking, my car wouldn't turn on, but started on the second attempt. The AGR valve has been problematic but expensive to repair, and it leaks oil from the engine head.

When I went to top it off with oil, I noticed a high pitched droning sound coming from the inside of the engine, under the engine cover. Think "eeeeee" and light TV static. The sound persisted even after driving for about 20 minutes. I intend to sell the car within the next few months and just want to be informed on what it might be. Any ideas?
