So, context, my mom and I play pokemon go often. Me, admittedly, not as much, but my mom plays constantly. In the game, you can choose which pokemon you have to be your buddy. For my mom, she picked Charcadet and had it for a while. Today, her phone did this as she was catching pokemon. The pokemon that had gliched its way into the usual white box is Ceruledge, one of Charcadet's evolutions. So, I am certain this is a sign, but it's a fun glitch.
