I'm rated 70 percent. 50 percent for anxiety and 30 percent for ibs. I tried getting sleep apnea as a secondary claim through a supplemental appeal connecting it to my ibs and anxiety. It was rejected because I only put in peer reviewed studies not a nexus letter. Is it worth trying to pay for a nexus letter for my sleep apnea claim?
