Beginner pre comp powerlifting split?

Ive been going gym for nearly a year and ive always loved powerlifting more than bodybuilding, im nearly 16 (male) and 73kg (6,0) , my 1RMs are 160 sumo deadlift, 77.5 bench and 110 squat, I want to compete in a grass routes comp in August and I dont know about splits, recovery and accessory movements so if anybody can help me get into it that would be great thanks.
