CSE vs ECE vs IT vs CSBS

hey guys, so i've recently completed my 12th grade and i've decided to do engineering but i'm confused on which type of engineering to choose. Initially i wanted to pick Electronics and communication engineering (ECE) but since i didn't do that well in my physics finals and felt like physics was hard for me i thought that maybe ECE is not the right path for me. Later i was confused about choosing between Information technology (Btech IT) or Computer science and business system (csbs) but in the end i choose IT because i thought maybe IT was more well known abroad (correct me if i'm wrong) . Initially i didn't wanna go into computer science engineering (CSE) or anything related to that since it's more saturated and lots of people are choosing AI and related course, i was afraid about the job market in the next few years since lots of people are doing that course and the competition will be crazy. This thought reoccurred recently and idk what i should pick now. I'm a PCMB student and i'm not familiar with coding and stuff but i'm ready to learn. It'd mean a lot if you guys could give me your opinion on it. I am not certainly interested in a specific thing so i'm open to anything engineering. thank you in advance for your opinion guys, please do help me out. Plus what are your thought on Computer science and business system.

CSE vs ECE vs IT. which is better?
