So I had the interview last week Tuesday with positive signs throughout the interview. The next round was cultural fit. I followed up on Friday, received a reply with “will be in touch with feedback” and now it’s Tuesday and no updates.
Like everyone else here I am trying to make sense out of it. My take is that I am probably the 2nd choice, hence a response from the recruiter over a silence?
I had an interview few days ago and I followed up couple of days later casually checking in that I am looking forward to the “next steps”. However the recruiter quickly responded saying “will be in touch with feedback”.
My first thought when I heard the term “feedback”, was that it would be a rejection.
Recently gave an interview and few days later I reached out casually checking in and asking about next steps and got a response saying they will be in touch with the feedback.
Does this mean future ghosting or negative news I should expect?
