Hey! My partner and I are coming up to celebrate my little brothers 21st birthday this week, he is in Troy but I was looking for bars, restaurants, fun stuff, for us to do in Albany. He is introverted and is not a fan of loud settings but is excited to have his first bar experience! Looking for recommendations for a spot with good food and good cocktails as well as a place to go hang out after. Also any barcades in the area (may be too loud for him but we can try). Thank you!
