The basement is dark and cold.
It was always like this, half-finished.
But it served its purpose.

It's in this box.
The cardboard got wet and the tape won't stick.
It's too heavy to lift alone.
The pieces are in a plastic bag since I lost the box with the picture on it.

I dumped the pieces out on the table and spent a long time flipping them face up.
Some of the pieces were still stuck together, but it didn't help much.

I don't know what the picture was supposed to be.
It's just another puzzle missing pieces, and it's not worth saving.
