2020 kia sorento LX: SUV 2.4L AWD: AT: SUV 103,390 miles. Noise coming from the engine - mainly on the driver side when I let my foot off gas kind of like a sputtering/fluttering sound. when i take foot off gas

had kia dealership look at it the technician wrote: confirmed concern scanned for codes none present. with this noise it sounds like pre detonation, few things could cause it. poor fuel or not correct octane fuel, excessive carbon build up or old plugs. I would recommend performing a fuel induction service, replacing spark plugs, replacing pcv valve, and next tank of fuel I would run premium fuel.

I did all recommended things. Its been 6 months I still hear noise. Just while driving.
